About the Job

Seasons is a comprehensive behavioral health center offering a broad range of psychiatric and behavioral health services to communities in the Northwest Iowa region. Seasons is now looking for a full-time Substance Use Disorder Professional to work as a member of the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team. ACT is an innovative, evidence-based outpatient treatment for adult clients with severe and persistent mental illness (SPMI). This position will assess, plan, and coordinate care as part of a community-based, multidisciplinary team of highly skilled professionals and apply trauma-informed, evidence-based practices and interventions.

Salary Range

$17.00-$23.00 per hour (Depending on years of experience, education, and license level)

Requirements

  • Must have an alcohol and drug counselor certification or be eligible to acquire one in the state of Iowa (CADC, IADC, or IAADC preferred)
  • Three years of experience treating individuals with substance abuse disorders is required
  • This position requires travel, so a valid driver’s license is required
  • Bilingual candidates are preferred but not required
