About the Job
Seasons is a comprehensive behavioral health center offering a broad range of psychiatric and behavioral health services to communities in the Northwest Iowa region. Seasons is now seeking a full-time Mental Health Therapist to work as a member of the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team. ACT is an innovative, evidence-based outpatient treatment for adult clients with severe and persistent mental illness (SPMI). The ACT Mental Health Therapist will provide treatment, rehabilitation, and support service as part of a community-based, multidisciplinary team of highly skilled professionals. They’ll apply trauma-informed, evidence-based practices and interventions, and help clients achieve or regaining maximum levels of functioning.
Salary Range
$48,000-$58,000 per year (Depending on years of experience, education, and license level)
Requirements
 
- Must have an active Iowa license OR be eligible to acquire one (LMHC, LMSW, LISW or LMFT preferred)
 - This position requires travel, so a valid driver’s license is required
 - Bilingual candidates are preferred but not required
